Aja Katherine St Peter Obituary, BLUE EARTH COUNTY, Minn. — Aja Katherine St Peter, 42, of Madison Lake, Minnesota, has died following injuries sustained in a rollover crash on Highway 169 in Blue Earth County on August 22, 2026.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the fatal crash occurred at approximately 1:33 p.m. on northbound Highway 169 at milepost 50 in South Bend Township near Mankato. The crash involved a single vehicle, a 1982 Chevrolet C20 pickup truck, which was traveling northbound when it lost a tire and left the roadway before rolling into the median.
Aja was a passenger in the pickup truck and suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Authorities reported that she was not wearing a seat belt or otherwise restrained at the time of the incident. Emergency personnel responded to the scene, where she was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as Justin Steven St Peter, 42, also of Madison Lake, was injured in the crash. His injuries were reported as non-life-threatening, and he was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for medical treatment. Authorities also reported that he was not wearing a seat belt.
